At HomeHobby.Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process based on the following guidelines:
1. Return Window
• You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
• Holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
2. Eligible Items for Return
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
• Opened products may be eligible for return if they are in like-new condition e.g. cabinet handles.
• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are fully eligible for return or replacement.

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Opened or used paints, glues, or other consumables
• Downloadable digital files
• Gift cards
3. Refund Options
• Full refund to the original payment method
• Store credit (optional, for faster future purchases)
• Exchange (if you want a different size, color, or similar product)
💳 Refund Processing Time: 3-7 business days after we receive your return.

• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for all returns, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
🚚 How to Return an Item?
1. Contact us at service@homehobby.store with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using your preferred carrier.
4. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-7 business days.
📦 Who Pays?
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we cover all return shipping costs.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
